The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa Florence

During my recent stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing the most helpful and professional staff. They were really nice too ensure that all my needs were taken care of, from providing advice on local attractions to making restaurant reservations. Their friendly and warm demeanor made me feel welcome. the hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the city center and beautiful views of the Arno River. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with luxurious sheets that added to my overall satisfaction. The spa facilities were excellent, allowing me to relax and unwind. The hotel's wifi connection was reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout my stay.

If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be the minor inconvenience of the proximity of the roof to the stairs in the honeymoon suite, which I bumped my head against. the breakfast options could be improved by incorporating all items into the buffet, rather than having to order some items separately.

The hotel offered asuper clean and cozy room with plenty of storage space for luggage. The included access to the spa was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the staff, especially our waiter François, made every morning enjoyable.

The shower in our room leaked a bit at the bottom due to the doors not closing properly. there were some noisy building works happening nearby , which disrupted our sleep in the mornings.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a tram station and near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for light sleepers. It is also within walking distance to the opera house and not far from the city center. Guests praised the cleanliness of the rooms and the good service provided by the friendly staff. The breakfast was also highly appreciated, with a variety of delicious options available.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that there was no iron provided in the rooms, and the price for pressing services was considered expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making my life easier. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely spa in the basement that provided a great relaxing feeling. The breakfast was delicious, and there were options available to suit everyone's tastes. The location was ideal, as it was on the outskirts of the central area of the city and easily accessible with transportation.

Everything is what I need and want.

This place is conveniently located close to the train station and tram station. The tram station is located right at the doorway which makes it very easy to explore the city. The service here is exceptional. The staff was very helpful and fulfilled all my requests, also making eggs on request during breakfast. The room was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay like tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities and more.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay as the hotel has top-notch amenities and services.
